Fountains Auto Wash

Paid $15 for a car wash for it to put soap on the car and told me it was over. Left my car all soapy, didn’t rinse, and didn’t spray any of the finishing coatings on, or wash the wheels. I tried to knock on the door, nobody was there. I called the number and was sent to a voicemail, so I drove off and started leaving the voicemail. Toward the end of my voicemail, the line was picked up. The guy told me that he could review the cameras and if I came back that he would make it do the car wash correctly. I was already down the road with children and melting ice cream in my car, and I didn’t want to go back. I told the guy that I would rinse the car at home and just wanted a refund. He refused to issue a refund and insisted that I just go back. Isn’t the whole point of these type of car washes to be quick and convenient? I have things to do, and didn’t want to go back. When I protested and said I just wanted a refund, he said there was no reason for him to give me one and that I could just go back. When I refused to go back, he ended the call. No refund…$15 car wash that doesn’t even work right and sends me down the road with a soap covered car and no refund is RIDICULOUS. Don’t go her

If I could rate a zero I would. My truck had $3,500 worth of damage done to it by the automated wash. The machine malfunctions and hit the passenger side of my truck from the taillight to the front bumper. The machine would hit the side of the truck and bounce off and continued all the way to the front bumper. I contacted the owner and never got a response. Had to file a claim on my insurance for the damage. My insurance tried to get in contact with the owner with no success. They did find out that the owner does not have insurance for the car wash. So if your car gets damaged from their equipment, you are screwed.

This place is great. I’m here at least two to three times a week. The new equipment in the touch less auto wash bays do a pretty damn good job . Iv never had a bad experience here since the new owners took over . On the weekends I run my Lincoln MKZ through the touch less auto wash then spray on a high gloss clear coat polish. It saves me a lot of time and my car looks new . The new owner is friendly and helpful. The only time I ever had a problem here I called the number and it turned out I didn’t put enough quarters in the machine lmao . This is the only car wash I use in town. I recommend Fountains every time I’m asked how I keep my car looking so good.

Don't waste your money here, $10 on the touchless & I still have all the lite dirt/mud on the lower parts of my entire SUV & bug juice from a road trip. Pathetic car wash. It would have to be free to come back with major improvements.

The new touch-less wash is amazing got the $15 package cleaned the car when I didn’t think it would be able to get the tough spots that normally require a hand wash
